The onward proof of travel is valid for at least 2 days. Sometimes, we may be able to extend the validity. Please contact us to extend the validity of your reservation (before the expiration of your ticket).

We accept payments by credit card and debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).

We provide a 100% refund policy if we didn't manage to provide you with an onward proof of travel in time. Please contact us to request a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a ticket number. We can only provide a PNR (Passenger Name Record) which is verifiable on airlines websites. Most of the time, the PNR is enough to prove your onward travel.
