We book flight reservations through our accredited partners. The flight reservation is associated to a PNR (Passenger Name Record) which is verifiable on airlines websites.
The onward proof of travel is valid for at least 2 days. Please contact us to extend the validity of your reservation (before the expiration of your ticket).
We accept payments by credit card and debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).
We provide a 100% refund policy if we didn't manage to provide you with an onward proof of travel in time. Please contact us to request a refund.
