Refund Policy

There is a possibility of full refund in these cases:
- Customer makes double payment for the services because of technical issue or
- GetOnwardTicket fails to provide the service.

Customer will be refunded the amount he paid for the services.
The refund will be made within 7 days of the date of the request.
The refund will be made in the same currency as the payment.
The refund will be made in the same form as the payment.
